‎"Avatar"(2009)

Starring Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver and Zoe Saldana. Ok so most people will kill me for saying this but it was ok. Im not into indigenous films, im not into sci-fi so of course this wouldnt be my cup of tea. I thought it to be a crossbreed of Terminator and Apocolypto. Im glad that this will not be the next new phenomenon to take over the industry like reality tv took over sitcoms. I prefer a film that shows me humankind and its imperfections portrayed through genius actors like Sir Anthony Hopkins and Meryl Streep. Was the CGI excellent?Yes. Was there a ton of action? Yes. Was there emotional parts? Yes. Was i most excited about it? NO. I would not sit thru another viewing of this film. To many of you this may discredit my film reviews but i like what i like. It may be for everyone but me, i will not be offended bc im sure many of you would not enjoy Citizen Kane as much as I do. I give it 2 & a half reels out of 5. Sue me...lol

"Remember Me"(2010)

‎Starring Robert Pattison and Emilie de Ravin. If you thought Robert Pattison was brooding in his more famous role as edwrd cullen in the twilight saga, boy are you ladies in for a treat. He is sexy, he is tortured, he is poetic, he is what most of us is looking for. ahhh ladies but again we are reminded that it is just a movie and that Doll face he's playing pretend housewife is not us :( Anywhoo back to the movie, i loved it! the end was really a shocker and made us feel things that were personal to everyone in the audience. Emilie De Ravin is someone i'd love to see more from, she reminded me of a cross between michelle williams and Diane Kreuger. There are great sub characters in the film played by Pierce Brosnan, Lena Olin, and Chris Cooper. If your looking for action this is not the film for you but if your looking for something that really gets into human relationships of all kinds then this IS the movie for you. i give it 4 oout of 5 reels

Hot Tub Time Machine (2010)

Starring John Cusak and Craig Robinson. Like most Cult classics they aren't appreciated until they are released on DVD.I didn't think i would like this movie but surprisingly i did and so did my boyfriend. it is rude, in your face, vulgar and full of one liners! its definitely a stoner flick, and one for the guys. was it the funniest? no but i didn't regret watching it sooooo i give it 3& a half reel
